Our Immune & Seasonal Support Collection brings together handcrafted herbal teas, traditional berries, flowers, roots, warming spices and curated wellness bundles for creating nourishing rituals throughout seasonal changes and colder months.

Begin with the type of ritual that suits your routine. A herbal tea offers a simple daily practice, individual berries and herbs allow you to prepare your own infusions, and a curated bundle brings several complementary botanicals together. Always read the individual product information before choosing.

Our herbal teas are complete blends that are ready to prepare according to their directions. Individual botanicals contain one herb, flower, root or berry and can be used alone or combined in home-apothecary preparations.

Some botanicals can be combined in teas and traditional preparations, but more is not always better. Introduce new ingredients gradually, follow the guidance for each botanical and check with a qualified healthcare professional if you take medication or have a health condition.

Yes. Many people enjoy these botanicals as part of everyday wellness rituals throughout the year, while others use them more intentionally during colder months, demanding periods or seasonal transitions. Follow the directions for each individual product.

Yes. Dried elderberries should be properly cooked before consumption and should not be eaten raw. Simmer them in water according to the preparation guidance and strain the finished infusion before drinking.

Do not assume that a botanical product intended for adults is suitable for children. Only use a product for a child when its information specifically confirms that it is appropriate for their age and provides clear preparation or usage guidance. Honey must never be given to children under one year.

Not every herb, berry or concentrated botanical preparation is suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Check the precautions on the individual product page and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
