All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a flat rate of R100.00 nation wide shipping.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

8. Undeliverable Packages:
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
