Green Zebra Tomato
A distinctive striped heirloom tomato for a sunny and productive kitchen garden.
You'll need:
- Green Zebra Tomato seeds
- Seed-starting mix
- Seed tray or small pots
- Water mister
- Plant labels
Method:
- Fill the containers with moist seed-starting mix.
- Sow seeds approximately 5 mm deep.

No seed supplier can guarantee germination because results depend on seed age, storage, sowing depth, temperature, moisture and growing conditions after purchase.
We carefully select and package our seeds, but successful germination remains influenced by the individual growing environment and the care each variety receives.
The correct sowing time depends on the variety and your local climate. Warm-season vegetables generally prefer warmer soil, while other plants may tolerate or require cooler conditions.
Always read the individual growing notes and consider frost dates, seasonal temperatures and whether you are sowing indoors or directly into the garden.
Sowing depth varies according to seed size and variety. Some fine seeds require light and should be surface-sown, while larger seeds may need to be covered more deeply.
Follow the individual product instructions rather than applying one sowing depth to every seed.
Keep the growing medium evenly moist but never waterlogged. A fine mister or gentle bottom-watering method helps prevent small seeds from being displaced.
