Ingredients
- ½ cup dried elderberries
- 2 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ cup raw honey
Method
- Combine the elderberries, water and cinnamon in a saucepan.
- Simmer gently for 30–40 minutes.
- Mash the berries lightly and strain thoroughly.
- Allow to cool until warm, then stir in the honey.
- Transfer to a clean bottle and refrigerate.
Rosehip & Bilberry Infusion
