Our Wild Yam Cream is a gentle, nourishing hormone support cream made with wild yam root (Dioscorea villosa) and chaste tree berries (Vitex agnus-castus). These traditional botanicals are infused into a rich base of shea butter, cocoa butter, beeswax and natural coconut oils — offering a natural way to support hormonal balance throughout all phases of a woman’s cycle.
Why Wild Yam?
Wild yam contains diosgenin, a plant compound used in the pharmaceutical synthesis of progesterone. While our cream does not contain hormones, it supports the body’s natural rhythm by using the whole wild yam extract in its traditional herbal form.
Note: Diosgenin is the botanical base used to produce pharmaceutical-grade progesterone (Ph. Eur., USP, JP). Our Wild Yam Cream contains no synthetic hormones and is intended for topical support only.

How to Use
Apply a small amount to soft tissue areas (inner arms, lower abdomen, breasts, inner thighs, or wrists).
Use once or twice daily, rotating application sites.
- If menstruating: Use for 21 days, then pause for 7 days.
- If menopausal: May be used continuously with occasional breaks.
Not recommended during pregnancy.
