Return Window
You have a 30-day return window from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to evaluate your product.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. This includes all accessories and the original, intact packaging.
Tamper Seals & Opened Products
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns on any health or personal care items—including creams and topicals—if the tamper seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used.
Eligible Items
Most products are eligible for return, except for:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Opened health and personal care items (including creams and topical products).
Effectiveness of Products
Our wild yam cream has received over 100 positive reviews across various platforms, with many women reporting benefits related to hormone balance, PMS, and menopause. However, as with all natural products, individual results may vary. Refunds will not be granted based on perceived lack of effectiveness, as each person’s body responds differently.

Refund Process

- Alternatively, you can opt to receive your refund as store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will happily arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Clear photos and a description of the issue will help us resolve it quickly and kindly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
