Description and Benefits
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a fragrant, lemony herb long cherished for its calming, uplifting effect on the nervous system. Traditionally used to ease anxiety, promote sleep, and soothe digestive discomfort, lemon balm is one of the gentlest herbs in the apothecary—yet deeply effective when taken regularly.
Our dried lemon balm leaves are hand-harvested and air-dried to preserve their delicate oils and citrusy scent. Ideal for herbal teas, tinctures, bath blends, or relaxation rituals, this is a must-have herb for stress, restlessness, and emotional overwhelm.
Key Benefits:
– Supports calm focus and emotional balance

– Gently antiviral and immune supportive
