Source and botanical notes

  • Original preserved source: The Lemon Balm Leaves original Shopify product-description recipe archive includes this same titled infusion, the exact ratio 1 tsp Lemon Balm to ½ tsp Chamomile and ½ tsp Lavender, 250 ml freshly boiled water, and approximately 10-minute covered steep. There is no honey or additional ingredient in the source.
  • Correct species: Use food-grade dried Melissa officinalis, Matricaria chamomilla and Lavandula angustifolia. Avoid unidentified ornamental or treated flowers and non-culinary lavender.
  • Allergy considerations: Chamomile belongs to the Asteraceae family and may not suit people allergic to daisies, ragweed or related plants. Avoid known botanical allergies and consult an appropriate qualified professional about use during pregnancy/breastfeeding or alongside medication or relevant medical conditions.
  • No medicinal claims: The preserved source describes a pleasant aroma and explicitly does not promise relief of sleep problems, anxiety or other conditions. This is a culinary botanical infusion only.
  • Image honesty: The genuine Lemon Balm 20g pouch is an ingredient photograph, not a purported finished beverage photograph.
