Original source & herbal use notes
- Archive fidelity: The original Stinging Nettle Leaf product-description recipe supplies exactly 1 teaspoon dried Stinging Nettle Leaf, ½ teaspoon dried Lemon Balm Leaves, 250 ml freshly boiled water and an 8–10-minute covered steep. No additional herbs, honey or unsupported brewing claims have been introduced.
- Leaf, not root: This is made from Urtica dioica dried nettle leaves. Do not substitute Stinging Nettle Root, which is a distinct product with different culinary applications.
- Food-safe ingredients: Use only correctly identified edible dried herbs prepared for infusion. Do not harvest or handle raw stinging nettle leaves without appropriate precautions; this recipe uses dried leaves.
- Personal sensitivities: Avoid with known nettle or Lemon Balm allergies. Nettle and Lemon Balm may not suit all people taking medicines or managing certain conditions, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding; consult an appropriately qualified clinician for individual guidance.
- Photo accuracy: The image shows the authentic Stinging Nettle Leaf 20g product, not a photograph of finished tea.
- No treatment claims: Offered as a pleasant culinary herbal infusion, not as a treatment for medical concerns.
