Botanical & preparation notes
- Original source: These two ingredients, equal one-teaspoon quantities, one cup of hot water, optional honey and 5–10-minute infusion come from the preserved Lemon Balm Leaves Shopify recipe archive. No additional ingredients or medicinal claims are introduced.
- Botanical accuracy: Use dried culinary Melissa officinalis Lemon Balm Leaves and Mentha × piperita Peppermint Leaves, not Spearmint or a different mint species.
- Sensitivities: Peppermint may aggravate acid reflux in some people. Consult appropriate professional guidance if pregnant/breastfeeding or taking medicines where relevant. Avoid known mint-family sensitivities.
- Honey and temperature: Honey is not suitable for infants under one year. Handle freshly boiled water carefully and strain before serving.
- Image authenticity: The image is the real Lemon Balm Leaves 20 g pouch, not an invented prepared tea photograph.
