Dosage and Instructions
To Make a Tea:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried peppermint leaves in 1 cup hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy up to three times daily, hot or iced.

Steep a strong peppermint tea, soak a cloth in the cooled liquid, and apply as a compress to the forehead or neck.
To Use in Bath or Facial Steam:
