You’ll need:
– 1 teaspoon whole psyllium seeds
– 250ml (1 cup) room temperature water
– Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice or ½ tsp raw honey for taste

Method:

  1. Add psyllium seeds to the water and stir immediately.
  2. Let sit for 2–3 minutes only – the mixture will start to thicken quickly.
  3. Drink promptly before it becomes too gelled.
  4. Follow with another glass of plain water to support proper movement through the digestive tract.

Best taken:
– First thing in the morning or before bed
– On an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or after meals or medication
