You’ll need:
– 1 teaspoon whole psyllium seeds
– 250ml (1 cup) room temperature water
– Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice or ½ tsp raw honey for taste
Method:
- Add psyllium seeds to the water and stir immediately.
- Let sit for 2–3 minutes only – the mixture will start to thicken quickly.
- Drink promptly before it becomes too gelled.
- Follow with another glass of plain water to support proper movement through the digestive tract.
Best taken:
– First thing in the morning or before bed
