Frequently Asked Questions

What is Memory Zest Tea Blend?
Memory Zest Tea Blend is a handcrafted loose-leaf herbal tea made with Ginkgo Biloba, Gotu Kola, Rosemary, Peppermint, Red Clover and Rooibos.

The blend brings together aromatic leaves, flowering tops and South African Rooibos to create a distinctive botanical infusion that can be enjoyed as part of your everyday tea ritual.
What ingredients are in Memory Zest Tea Blend?
Memory Zest Tea Blend contains six botanicals: Ginkgo Biloba, Gotu Kola, Rosemary, Peppermint, Red Clover and Rooibos.

Each botanical contributes its own colour, aroma and flavour to the finished infusion, from the fresh character of Peppermint and Rosemary to the mellow, earthy foundation of Rooibos.
Does Memory Zest Tea contain caffeine?
No. Memory Zest Tea Blend is naturally caffeine-free.

It contains Rooibos and botanicals rather than traditional tea leaves from Camellia sinensis, making it a caffeine-free alternative to black tea, green tea and coffee.
What does Memory Zest Tea taste like?
Memory Zest Tea has a layered herbal flavour with a smooth, earthy Rooibos base, fresh Peppermint, aromatic Rosemary and gently herbaceous notes from Ginkgo Biloba, Gotu Kola and Red Clover.

The result is a botanical cup with both fresh and earthy character rather than an overly sweet or heavily flavoured tea.
How do I prepare Memory Zest Tea Blend?
Use 1–2 teaspoons of Memory Zest Tea Blend per cup and pour freshly boiled water over the loose botanicals.

Allow the tea to steep for 10–15 minutes, giving the botanicals time to soften and release their natural colour, aroma and flavour. Strain before drinking and enjoy warm.

You can also allow the brewed tea to cool and serve it over ice.
When can I drink Memory Zest Tea?
Because Memory Zest Tea is naturally caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed at different times of the day according to your own tea ritual.

Enjoy a warm cup as part of a quiet morning, take a botanical tea break during the afternoon, or brew it ahead of time and serve it chilled over ice.
Where can I buy Memory Zest Tea Blend in South Africa?
Memory Zest Tea Blend can be purchased directly from Flowers from my Meadow online, with delivery available across South Africa.
