A story steeped in nature

Hormone Health Tea grew from our desire to create a beautiful botanical ritual for women — something that could become a familiar part of the day while celebrating plants that have long held a place in traditional women’s herbal practice.

At its heart are Red Clover and Black Cohosh, layered with Chamomile, Peppermint and Stinging Nettle Root. Rose, Tagetes and Hibiscus bring floral colour and character, while Rosehip and Apple introduce a gentle fruitiness. Together, they create a complex botanical cup that is earthy, floral, refreshing and softly fruity.

Thoughtfully blended in small batches by Flowers from my Meadow in South Africa, Hormone Health Tea reflects our approach to women’s botanical wellness: carefully chosen ingredients, traditional herbal inspiration and a simple daily ritual that creates a moment to slow down and reconnect.

Questions About Hormone Health Tea

Curious about Hormone Health Herbal Tea? Here are simple answers to some of the questions we’re most often asked about the blend, its botanicals and how to prepare it.
  • Hormone Health Tea is a handcrafted loose-leaf botanical tea made with Red Clover, Black Cohosh, Chamomile, Peppermint, Stinging Nettle Root, Rose, Tagetes, Hibiscus, Rosehip and Apple. The blend brings together leaves, roots, flowers and fruit traditionally used in herbal preparations, creating a colourful and aromatic botanical infusion that can be enjoyed as part of an everyday tea ritual.
  • Our Hormone Health Tea contains Red Clover, Black Cohosh, Chamomile, Peppermint, Stinging Nettle Root, Rose, Tagetes, Hibiscus, Rosehip and Apple. Each botanical contributes its own colour, aroma, texture and flavour to the finished blend, from the floral character of Rose and Chamomile to refreshing Peppermint, tart Hibiscus and Rosehip, earthy roots and naturally fruity Apple.
  • No. Hormone Health Tea is naturally caffeine-free and does not contain traditional caffeinated tea leaves such as black tea or green tea. This makes it a botanical alternative for those who prefer a loose-leaf herbal infusion without added caffeine.
  • Hormone Health Tea has a layered floral, fruity and gently herbaceous flavour. Hibiscus and Rosehip bring a pleasantly tart character, Apple adds subtle fruitiness, Chamomile and Rose contribute softer floral notes, while Peppermint gives the finished cup a fresh herbal lift. The roots and remaining botanicals add depth and earthiness, creating a distinctive herbal tea rather than an overly sweet infusion.

Enjoy it as it is, or add a little honey or fresh lemon according to taste. The tea can also be brewed, allowed to cool and served over ice for a refreshing caffeine-free botanical drink.
  • Hormone Health Tea can be incorporated into your tea ritual at a time that suits you, whether that is a quiet morning cup, an afternoon pause or another moment in your day. Because the blend contains botanicals such as Black Cohosh and Red Clover, anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or receiving treatment for a hormone-sensitive condition should seek appropriate professional guidance before use.
