Dreamtime Tea is a beautifully layered loose-leaf herbal blend crafted with Chamomile, Peppermint, Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Cornflower, Rose, Mugwort, Butterfly Pea Flower, Rooibos and Lemon Balm.

Fragrant florals meet refreshing mint, gentle citrus notes and the naturally earthy character of Rooibos, creating a complex yet comforting botanical cup designed for slower moments and evening rituals.

Inspired by the long tradition of preparing herbs and flowers as part of the evening tea ritual, Dreamtime brings together botanicals individually recognised across traditional herbal practices and combines them into one colourful, aromatic blend.

Handcrafted in South Africa, Dreamtime Tea is kept pure and uncomplicated — a naturally caffeine-free botanical blend made for steeping, slowing down and creating a little space at the end of the day.

How to Prepare

Add 1–2 teaspoons of Dreamtime Tea to a cup or teapot.

Pour over freshly boiled water, cover and allow to steep for 10–15 minutes.

Strain before serving and enjoy warm. For an evening ritual, prepare a cup as you begin to wind down for the night.

Precautions

Dreamtime Tea contains Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). Do not use during pregnancy.

If breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or if you have known sensitivities to any of the botanicals in this blend, seek appropriate professional guidance before use.

Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs.
