Softly floral Chamomile and fresh, cooling Peppermint make a beautiful introduction to loose-leaf herbal tea and simple botanical blending.

Each botanical is separately packed, allowing you to enjoy the delicate apple-like character of Chamomile, the lively mint aroma of Peppermint or a cup that combines both.

What's Included

  • 10g dried Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria chamomilla).
  • 10g dried Peppermint Leaves (Mentha × piperita).

How to Prepare

Add about 1 teaspoon of either botanical to 250ml freshly boiled water, cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. For a mixed cup, use roughly equal small amounts of Chamomile and Peppermint.

Precautions

Chamomile belongs to the daisy family (Asteraceae) and may cause reactions in sensitive people. Peppermint may aggravate reflux. Consult a healthcare professional before medicinal use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with medication or a medical condition.

No. Your Chamomile Flowers and Peppermint Leaves arrive in separate 10g pouches so you can enjoy either botanical or blend them as you wish.
