Botanical ingredients

Ingredients

  • 250 g thick Greek yoghurt or labneh
  • 2 tsp dried Flowers from my Meadow Orange Blossoms (Citrus aurantium)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Orange zest, to taste
  • Fresh orange segments, to serve

How to prepare

Method

  1. Wash the orange under running water. Finely grate a little zest, then peel and separate it into segments.
  2. Place 2 tsp dried Orange Blossoms, 3 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp warm water in a small saucepan. Warm gently for 2–3 minutes without boiling.
  3. Remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, then strain out the blossoms. Allow the infused honey to cool enough for serving.
  4. Spoon 250 g thick Greek yoghurt or labneh into a serving bowl and drizzle with the orange-blossom-infused honey.
  5. Scatter over 2 tbsp chopped pistachios, a little orange zest and the fresh orange segments. Serve promptly, optionally with flatbread.
