Kitchen notes

Use food-grade dried Chamomile and a washed fresh lemon. Contains wheat/gluten, dairy/milk and honey. Chamomile is in the daisy family (Asteraceae), so avoid if sensitive to Chamomile or related botanicals. Honey is unsuitable for infants under twelve months. The original recipe gives no yield or shelf-life, so neither is asserted here.
