Two traditional Wild Yam preparations, beautifully paired. The Flowers from my Meadow Wild Yam Duo brings together our flagship Wild Yam Cream and a concentrated alcohol tincture in one handcrafted set.
Each formulation has its own role: the cream is applied to the skin as an emollient botanical body-care product, while the tincture is a traditional liquid Wild Yam Root extract with its own product directions and cautions.

Wild Yam Cream (50ml): a water-free cream with Wild Yam Root (Dioscorea villosa), Chaste Tree Berries (Vitex agnus-castus), Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Beeswax and Coconut-derived oils.

Wild Yam Tincture (30ml): an alcohol-extracted preparation of Wild Yam Root (Dioscorea villosa) supplied in an amber glass dropper bottle.
Understanding the Two Preparations
Wild Yam Root naturally contains diosgenin, but diosgenin is not progesterone and does not turn into progesterone through application of a cosmetic cream. The cream and tincture are different formulations and are not interchangeable.
How to Use the Cream
Gently massage a small amount onto clean, intact skin on comfortable areas such as the inner arms or abdomen. Rotate application areas and patch test before use. This is cosmetic application guidance, not a hormonal dosing schedule.
How to Use the Tincture
Follow the current bottle label and qualified professional advice, particularly when combining oral herbal extracts with other products or medications. Previous online product sections used inconsistent daily frequencies; a single routine should not be inferred from the bundle description. The extract contains alcohol.
