Nine Evening Botanicals · 9 × 20g · Bedtime Teas & Dream Rituals

Unwind at the end of the day with Dreamweaver, a collection inspired by traditional bedtime botanicals, fragrant flowers and the age-old fascination with dreams. The nine separately packed herbs allow you to create personal evening rituals, from a gentle floral tea to a lavender-and-mugwort dream sachet.

Designed for quiet moments before sleep, this collection honours traditional plant stories while giving you room to choose the ingredients and preparations that suit your own routine.

What's Inside

  • 20g Ashwagandha: an earthy traditional Ayurvedic botanical.
  • 20g Chamomile Flowers: mellow, apple-like florals.
  • 20g Gotu Kola Leaf (Centella asiatica): a long-valued Ayurvedic herb.
  • 20g Lavender Blossoms (Lavandula angustifolia): fragrant flowers for light infusions or dried sachets.
  • 20g Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis): gently lemony, familiar in evening tea rituals.
  • 20g Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris): an aromatic herb traditionally associated with dream lore.
  • 20g Passionflower Herb (Passiflora incarnata): a traditional botanical for winding down.
  • 20g Skullcap Herb: a traditional evening herb; refer to its individual botanical label for the species.
  • 20g Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis): a characteristically earthy, strong-smelling root from traditional bedtime preparations.

Your Evening Ritual

A gentle bedtime infusion: Combine ½ tsp Lemon Balm and ½ tsp Chamomile in a cup of freshly boiled water. Cover for 10 minutes, strain and enjoy a slow moment before bed. The original Dreamweaver guide also featured Passionflower and Skullcap; check individual suitability and potential medication interactions before adding more sedating herbs.

A dream sachet: Combine dried Lavender, Mugwort and Chamomile in a small cloth bag and place it beside your bed or within a well-sealed pillow cover. This traditional aromatic practice is inspired by dream folklore; it cannot guarantee vivid dreams or improved dream recall. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

The Meadow Ritual — Dreamweaver Night Infusion

Our earlier botanical guide featured an evening tea with Lemon Balm, Skullcap, Chamomile and a small amount of Mugwort. Since Mugwort and sedating herbs require specific precautions, we suggest enjoying the Lemon Balm and Chamomile cup above as a simple starting point, with professional advice before trying the stronger traditional mixture.

Precautions

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Mugwort should be avoided during pregnancy and by people with relevant Asteraceae allergies. Valerian, Passionflower, Skullcap and other sedating herbs may interact with sleep medicines, antidepressants, alcohol or other sedating products. Avoid driving if drowsy. Ashwagandha may not suit certain thyroid, autoimmune or liver conditions and may interact with medicines. Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before preparing combined or concentrated extracts, especially if managing a medical condition.

Packaging & Storage

Nine separate 20g botanical pouches (180g combined). Reseal carefully, store cool and dry away from heat and sunlight, and keep away from children and pets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will Mugwort make me have vivid dreams?
Mugwort has a long history in dream folklore, but vivid dreams and dream recall are not guaranteed.
