Kitchen notes

Use the correct food-suitable Flowers from my Meadow Snow Chrysanthemum botanical, Coreopsis tinctoria (Asteraceae), not Chrysanthemum morifolium. The original archived recipe specifies prepared infusion but does not give a blossom-to-water steeping ratio; follow the actual product's preparation directions rather than inventing one. Honey is not suitable for infants younger than 12 months. No tested yield, shelf life or total freezing duration is supplied. No therapeutic claims are made.
