Kitchen notes — dry seasoning only

Use culinary-grade, fully dried rosemary and orange peel. Do not add fresh herbs, fresh peel, liquid or oil to a mix intended for dry storage. Keep the mixture sealed and dry; discard if moisture, mould or an unusual smell develops. No verified shelf life, preservation validation or finished yield is available. Season sparingly, particularly when limiting sodium intake. No therapeutic claims are made.
