Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 3–4 dried Red Rose Buds (culinary-grade)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

How to prepare

  1. Gently separate the dried rose petals from the buds, checking and discarding any hard woody stem or base. Lightly crush the culinary petals between your fingers.
  2. Melt the white chocolate slowly and carefully without scorching.
  3. Spread the melted white chocolate onto a sheet of baking paper.
  4. While soft, scatter over the crushed Red Rose Bud petals and chopped pistachios.
  5. Allow to set fully before breaking into irregular pieces.

Kitchen notes

Contains milk/dairy and pistachio tree nuts. Check white chocolate ingredients for soy and other allergens. Use correctly identified, food-grade dried rose buds intended for culinary use, never pesticide-treated ornamental roses. Remove hard bud bases and woody material. Handle melted chocolate carefully. The preserved source does not establish a tested yield or storage duration. No medical claims are made.
