Kitchen notes

Use correctly identified culinary dried Hops Flowers (Humulus lupulus) and clean preparation equipment. Hops have a naturally bitter flavour; retain the original small quantity and five-minute steep for balance. The original recipe provides no confirmed yield, total freezing duration or validated storage period. This is a food recipe, not a therapeutic preparation; no health or sleep claims are made.
