Kitchen notes — fully hydrated chia and chilled storage
Do not consume dry chia seeds directly or in insufficient liquid; seeds swell significantly. This recipe may be unsuitable for people with swallowing difficulties. Introduce fibre gradually with adequate hydration. Use appropriately stored milk and yoghurt; refrigerate promptly throughout soaking, and do not leave the mixture standing at room temperature. The archived source does not provide a validated finished yield or shelf life. The optional dairy ingredients and some plant milks may contain allergens; check labels. Never give honey to children younger than 12 months. No therapeutic claims are made.
