Botanical & baking notes

  • Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), milk (butter; optional additional milk) and oats. Oats may have gluten cross-contact unless specifically certified gluten-free. Check all ingredient labels, especially if serving to someone with allergies or coeliac disease.
  • Apple blossom sensitivity: Apple Flowers are Malus domestica, in the Rosaceae family. Avoid if allergic to apples, apple blossoms or relevant related plants.
  • Raw dough: Do not taste unbaked biscuit dough, as raw flour can carry harmful microorganisms. Wash hands and tools after handling raw flour.
  • Oven/biscuit size: The archived recipe specifies 180°C and approximately 12–15 minutes. Actual bake time varies with biscuit size, oven calibration and baking tray; remove when lightly golden and cooked through.
  • Pregnancy/medications: If pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or managing a medical condition, check whether regular botanical preparations are suitable with an appropriate healthcare professional.
  • Storage and photo accuracy: No tested biscuit yield or shelf life is provided. The product photograph is of genuine packaged Flowers from my Meadow Apple Flowers, not the finished biscuits.
