Kitchen notes & precautions

Use correctly identified, food-grade dried Apple Flowers (Malus domestica), not pesticide-treated ornamental flowers. Avoid in the case of known botanical or apple-family sensitivities. This is a refrigerated kitchen syrup, not shelf-stable, not validated for canning; the archived recipe gives no tested storage duration. Use clean equipment and refrigerate promptly. Do not claim that sugar or lemon makes the syrup safe for unrefrigerated storage. No therapeutic claims are made.
