Kitchen notes

Use properly identified culinary-grade, untreated Apple Flowers, not ornamental blossoms treated with pesticides. This dessert contains milk/dairy, gelatine (animal-derived) and honey. Consider allergies and dietary preferences. Keep the dairy dessert refrigerated until serving; do not leave it at room temperature for extended periods. Honey is unsuitable for infants under 12 months. The original archive does not specify a serving yield or storage duration.
