Wild Dagga (Leonotis leonurus), also known as Lion’s Ear, is a traditional South African herb used to support emotional wellbeing, ease tension, and promote relaxation. With its naturally uplifting effects and gentle calm, it’s commonly used in herbal teas, smoking blends, and infusions.

These dried leaves contain leonurine, a plant compound with soothing and mildly euphoric qualities. Wild Dagga is often turned to during times of nervous fatigue or low mood and may also support circulation and mild pain relief.

Dosage and Instructions

To Make a Tea:

Soak 10g of leaves in 100ml of olive or sweet almond oil for 4–6 weeks. Strain and apply externally to ease muscular discomfort.
