Dosage and Instructions
To Make a Tea:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried mullein leaf in 1 cup boiling water for 10–15 minutes. Important: Strain well through a fine mesh or cloth to remove tiny leaf hairs. Drink 1–2 cups daily as needed.

Add a handful of mullein leaves to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale deeply to ease congestion and dryness.
