Hormone Health Tea

A colourful botanical tea created from Red Clover, Black Cohosh, Chamomile, Peppermint, Stinging Nettle Root, Rose, Tagetes, Hibiscus, Rosehip and Apple. Hormone Health Tea brings together flowers, leaves, roots and fruit in a beautifully layered loose-leaf blend made for women who enjoy incorporating traditional botanicals into their everyday tea ritual.

The infusion is floral, gently fruity and herbaceous, with refreshing Peppermint alongside the softer character of Chamomile and Rose. Hibiscus, Rosehip and Apple add brightness and a subtle fruitiness, while Red Clover, Black Cohosh and Stinging Nettle Root bring a deeper, earthy botanical character to the cup.

At the heart of the blend are botanicals with long histories of use in traditional women’s herbal practices, brought together with aromatic flowers and fruit for a more rounded tea experience. Naturally caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed as part of a morning ritual, an afternoon pause or a quiet cup later in the day.

How to Prepare

Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup and pour over freshly boiled water.

Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, preferably covered while infusing. Strain before drinking.

Enjoy warm, or allow to cool and serve over ice.

Contains Black Cohosh and Red Clover. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by an appropriate healthcare professional. Storage
