A story steeped in nature

Headache Relief Tea began with the idea of creating a simple botanical ritual for those moments when the day feels a little too full — a warm cup, aromatic herbs and a reason to pause for a few quiet minutes.

The blend brings together Rosemary, Lavender, Lemon Verbena and Peppermint, layered over a smooth Rooibos base. Rosemary contributes its distinctive herbal character, Lavender adds a soft floral note, while Lemon Verbena and Peppermint bring freshness and brightness. Together, they create an aromatic cup that feels fresh, herbaceous and gently grounding.

Thoughtfully blended in small batches by Flowers from my Meadow in South Africa, Headache Relief Tea is about turning an everyday cup of herbal tea into a comforting pause — allowing the warmth, fragrance and simple ritual of brewing botanicals to create a moment of stillness when you need it most.

From Leaf & Flower to Cup

Loose leaf tea invites you to experience the botanicals before, during and after brewing. As Headache Relief Tea steeps, Rooibos, Peppermint, Rosemary, Lemon Verbena and Lavender gradually release their natural colour, aroma and flavour into the water.

Stage 1

The Dry Blend

Before brewing, Rooibos, Peppermint, Rosemary, Lemon Verbena and Lavender create a naturally varied loose leaf blend of leaves, fine stems, flowers, colours and textures.

Freshly boiled water poured over Headache Relief Tea with rooibos, peppermint, rosemary, lemon verbena and lavender
Stage 2

Water Meets Botanicals

Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup and pour freshly boiled water over the loose botanicals. The dried leaves and flowers begin to soften as they meet the water and the infusion starts to develop.

Stage 3

Time to Infuse
