Dosage and Instructions
To Make a Tea:
Steep 1 teaspoon of elderflowers in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and sip 2–3 times daily during cold or allergy season.
To Make a Tincture:
Cover dried elderflowers in 40–60% alcohol in a clean jar. Infuse for 4–6 weeks, shaking daily. Strain and take 1–2 ml up to three times a day.
For a Herbal Steam:
Add 2 tablespoons to a bowl of steaming water. Cover head with a towel and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes to ease sinus pressure.

You’ll need:
– 2 tablespoons dried elderflowers
– Juice and zest of 1 lemon
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 cup raw honey
Method:
- Simmer elderflowers, lemon juice, and zest in water for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and steep for an additional 10 minutes.
- Strain and stir in raw honey once cooled.
- Bottle and refrigerate. Use 1 teaspoon daily or during the onset of colds.
