Inspired by the long tradition of preparing herbs and flowers as part of the evening tea ritual, Dreamtime brings together botanicals individually recognised across traditional herbal practices and combines them into one colourful, aromatic blend.
Handcrafted in South Africa, Dreamtime Tea is kept pure and uncomplicated — a naturally caffeine-free botanical blend made for steeping, slowing down and creating a little space at the end of the day.
Add 1–2 teaspoons of Dreamtime Tea to a cup or teapot.
Pour over freshly boiled water, cover and allow to steep for 10–15 minutes.
Strain before serving and enjoy warm. For an evening ritual, prepare a cup as you begin to wind down for the night.
Dreamtime Tea contains Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris). Do not use during pregnancy.

Dreamtime grew from our love of the quieter evening tea ritual — choosing beautiful botanicals, boiling the water and allowing a colourful loose-leaf blend to slowly unfold as the day begins to soften.
We wanted the blend to feel floral, fresh and beautifully layered. Chamomile, Lavender and Rose bring gentle floral character, while Peppermint, Lemon Verbena and Lemon Balm add fresh green and citrus notes. Rooibos gives the blend its warm, earthy foundation, with Mugwort adding herbal depth and Cornflower and Butterfly Pea Flower bringing striking touches of colour.
Thoughtfully blended in small batches by Flowers from my Meadow in South Africa, Dreamtime celebrates the simple beauty of an evening botanical ritual — colourful flowers and leaves, their aromas released as they steep, and a warm cup to enjoy slowly when the day is winding down.

Before brewing, Dreamtime Tea reveals a naturally colourful mix of flowers, leaves and fine Rooibos, with each botanical bringing its own texture and character.
Use 1–2 teaspoons of Dreamtime Tea per cup and pour freshly boiled water over the loose botanicals.
Steep for 10–15 minutes, allowing the flowers, leaves and Rooibos time to soften and release their colour, aroma and flavour.
