Blossom & Bloom is a caffeine-free loose leaf botanical infusion made without traditional black or green tea leaves.
Expect a gentle herbal and floral character, balanced by the fresh, cooling finish of spearmint.
With no added caffeine, Blossom & Bloom can become part of a quiet morning, afternoon pause or relaxing evening tea ritual.
Enjoy Blossom & Bloom freshly brewed and warm, or allow it to cool and serve over ice for a refreshing botanical infusion.
Chamomile, Nettle, Raspberry Leaf and Spearmint bring different colours, aromas and botanical characters together in one thoughtfully blended loose leaf tea.
No. Blossom & Bloom is naturally caffeine-free because the blend is made entirely from botanicals rather than traditional tea leaves.
Enjoy it simply, explore different serving styles and allow the preparation of your tea to become a small moment of pause in your day.
Some teas are created around a single botanical. Others begin with the idea of bringing different plants together and allowing each one to contribute its own character to the cup.
Blossom & Bloom grew from our love of the everyday herbal tea ritual — the simple act of choosing botanicals, preparing the water and allowing a colourful loose leaf blend time to slowly unfold.
We wanted to create a tea that felt gentle, beautiful and uncomplicated. Chamomile brings its familiar floral character, Nettle and Raspberry Leaf add the earthy presence of leafy botanicals, while Spearmint introduces a fresh note that lifts the blend and gives the finished cup its refreshing herbal finish.
Together, these botanicals create a tea that celebrates both leaf and flower.
For us, that is part of what makes loose leaf tea so special. Before the water is even poured, you can see the different textures, colours and shapes of the plants themselves. As they steep, their aromas and character gradually move into the water, transforming a handful of dried botanicals into a cup that can be enjoyed slowly.
Blossom & Bloom was created in that spirit — not as a complicated ritual, but as an invitation to make a little more room for one.
Thoughtfully blended in small batches by Flowers from my Meadow in South Africa, it reflects the approach we return to throughout our botanical collection: simple ingredients, beautiful plants and everyday rituals made with care.

Use 1–2 teaspoons of Blossom & Bloom Tea per cup and pour freshly boiled water over the loose botanicals.
Steep for 10–12 minutes, allowing the leaves and flowers time to soften and release their colour, aroma and flavour.
Strain the botanicals and enjoy warm, or allow the infusion to cool and serve over ice.
Tea can be more than something we drink. The simple act of preparing a cup can create a small moment to slow down, step away from the noise and enjoy the botanicals in front of you. Make your Blossom & Bloom ritual entirely your own.
Begin the day slowly with a warm cup and a few peaceful moments before everything else begins.
Turn an ordinary afternoon into a small ritual — prepare a cup, step away for a moment and enjoy it without rushing.
