Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is one of nature’s most mineral-rich, nourishing herbs—traditionally used to build blood, ease seasonal allergies, and support hormone balance. Revered as a “spring tonic,” nettle gently detoxifies while deeply feeding the body with essential nutrients.
Our dried nettle leaves are hand-harvested and naturally air-dried to retain their dark green colour and vibrant energy. Perfect for teas, broths, steams, and herbal blends focused on vitality, nourishment, and restoration.
