Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is a gentle nervine traditionally used to quiet the mind, soothe anxiety, and promote deep, restorative sleep. Its delicate vine and purple blooms are celebrated in Western and folk herbal traditions for their calming, antispasmodic properties—making passion flower especially helpful during emotional overwhelm, PMS, or restlessness.

Our passion flower is hand-cut and naturally dried, making it ideal for herbal teas, tinctures, and relaxation blends. Its slightly grassy flavour blends beautifully with chamomile, lemon balm, and lavender.

To Blend:
Combine with skullcap, lemon balm, or chamomile for a powerful calming tea or tincture blend.
