Dosage and Instructions

To Make a Tea:
Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried gotu kola leaf in 1 cup of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy once or twice daily.

To Make a Tincture:
Soak dried leaf in 40–50% alcohol for 4–6 weeks. Strain and take 1–2 ml up to 3 times daily for long-term brain and circulation support.Size and Packaging
