Elderberries (Sambucus nigra) have been used for centuries in folk medicine to support the body during seasonal change. These tiny, dark berries are bursting with natural antioxidants and antiviral compounds that help strengthen immunity, soothe inflammation, and shorten the duration of colds and flu.

We hand-select our elderberries for their deep colour, purity, and potency—perfect for brewing into nourishing syrups, teas, or immune-boosting elixirs. Whether steeped into a comforting winter tea or simmered into your own homemade elderberry syrup, this is a must-have berry for any herbal pantry.
