Dosage and Instructions
To Make a Tea:
Lightly crush 3–4 pods and steep in 1 cup hot water for 10 minutes. Combine with cinnamon, clove, or black tea for a spiced infusion.
To Blend:
Grind and add to chai blends, desserts, or infused honeys.

Special Recipe: Bright Heart Afternoon Tea
A fragrant mid-day herbal infusion to uplift the mood, support digestion, and calm the heart.
You’ll need:
– 1 tsp Orange Blossom & Cardamom Tea blend
– 1 slice fresh orange or ¼ tsp dried orange peel (optional for extra citrus brightness)
– 1–2 crushed cardamom pods (if you'd like to enhance the cardamom aroma)
– 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
– 1 cup freshly boiled water
Method:
- Add the tea blend and crushed cardamom pods (if using) to a teapot or infuser.
- Pour over 1 cup of freshly boiled water.
- Let steep for 10–15 minutes, covered.
- Strain, stir in honey and orange slice if desired.
- Sip slowly, preferably outdoors or during a quiet pause in your day.
