Dosage and Instructions
To Brew:
Lightly crush 3–5 whole berries. Steep in a cup of just-boiled water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and sip slowly. Best enjoyed after meals or when you need a little comfort.

To Infuse Oil:
Add 1 tbsp of berries to ½ cup of carrier oil (such as jojoba or olive). Gently warm on low for 30 minutes. Strain and use as a massage oil for aching muscles or tired feet.

Special Recipe: Gut-Soothe Spiced Syrup

This simple syrup combines the warming, digestive powers of allspice with ginger, honey, and apple cider vinegar—perfect after a heavy meal or when your gut feels out of rhythm.

You’ll need:
– 1 tablespoon whole allspice berries
– 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
– 2 cups filtered water
– ½ cup raw honey
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method:

  1. Lightly crush the allspice berries.
  2. Add them with ginger to a small pot of water.
  3. Simmer gently (do not boil) for 20–25 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, strain, and let cool to just warm.
  5. Stir in raw honey and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Store in a clean glass jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Take 1 tablespoon after meals to ease bloating, cramping, or sluggish digestion.
